We're in need of a Workshop Coordinator to assist in managing our Workshop. Your primary goal will be to support the Workshop Manager, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong customer relations for enhanced productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Workshop Manager in optimising staff productivity and quality while managing costs.
- Help organise and manage workshop jobs efficiently.
- Coordinate resources effectively with the Workshop Manager.
- Monitor job profitability and implement process improvements.
- Support staff management and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist with parts sales and coordinate subcontractors/suppliers.
- Handle customer quotes and feedback accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain documentation.

Site Requirements
Required trades
- Trade certificate or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Previous experience in workshop coordination.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge about ISO 9001, AS 5131, AS 1554.1-6 and AS 3992 advantageous but not essential.
